Miss Tibet 2013 is from Wisconsin — and she’s never been to Tibet
When most people think of Tibet, they think of Free Tibet protests, or Buddhist monks in monasteries. They don’t think of beauty pageants. But this weekend, the Miss Tibet pageant will crown its 12th winner.
