Isayspent much of his time in radio producing stories about preserving memory, physical space, or artistic endeavors. He is the founder of Sound Portraits Productions, and his documentaries heard on public radio include Ghetto Life 101, The Sunshine Hotel, and Witness to an Execution. Isay is currently producing the Yiddish Radio Project, unearthing and retelling the story of the golden age of Yiddish Radio.
