In his work, Fonseca combines layers of rich, sensuous color, rhythmic geometric shapes and textured lines. The result is old-school but refreshing at the same time; a painterly virtuosity lead by a singular vision. Studio 360’s Benjamin Shaw toured the exhibit with Fonseca on opening day.
