It’s Lupo! Will and Kate name their puppy

GlobalPost

We — finally — know the name of Will and Kate's puppy. The young, black cocker spaniel has been given the name Lupo, according to the Associated Press.

Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, who got the puppy several months ago, came up with the name because it is derived from the Latin word for wolf, the AP stated.

The couple apparently tried to keep the puppy's name a secret in the hopes of having a small bit of privacy. But inquiring minds had to know. On Tuesday the public learned the puppy's name when Kate was visiting with children who have behavioral problems in Oxford, southern England.

Little Lupo is reportedly entertaining Kate while Will is on military assignment in the Falkland Islands.

ABC News reported that the puppy was first seen playing with the Royal couple in January.

Now that we have the name, we just need a photo. Luckily for us, such secrets do not last long.
