Tom who? I’m know the guy on the right is Anil Kapoor, the star of Mr. India and other Bollywood hits, and I’m pretty sure the woman in the center is Paula Patton. But I’m a little fuzzy about the guy on the left.
Turns out it's not only Indian politicians who shell out cash to make sure their adoring fans turn out to shout "Zindabad," according to Indian web site FirstPost.
The site says those adoring fans screaming for Tom Cruise (OK, Anil Kapoor was there, too) were actually paid about $3 apiece to make sure they looked enthusiastic.
According to the Guardian, Cruise's people denied the claim flat out, saying that's as ridiculous as jumping up and down on Oprah's couch.
