Mississippi River flood dilemma: destroy farms to save cities?

The floods threatening the Mississippi Delta right now could rival the floods after Hurricane Katrina, if officials don’t take action. But that action could hurt small farmers in the area. Mark Schleifstein, environmental reporter for the New Orleans Times-Picayune and Kavanaugh Breazeale, Public Affairs Officer for the Vicksburg District Army Corps of Engineers, talk about the dilemma.
