Milwaukee Mayor to Challenge Gov. Scott Walker

The Takeaway

Democrats in Wisconsin chose Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett for the upcoming recall election against Governor Scott Walker, which is set for June 5. It’s been well over a year since Gov. Shawn Johnson, capitol reporter for Wisconsin Public Radio, explains what’s happened since.
