Manning’s Defense Strategy Ahead of Court Martial

Bradley Manning, the US Army Private who leaked thousands of classified documents to the website Wikileaks, is scheduled to face a court martial early next year that could send him to prison for life. But before that, there are some important legal matters to settle.

The World’s Arun Rath is on his way to the courtroom in Fort Meade, Maryland, where Manning’s lawyers will argue this week that his alleged mistreatment in military custody provides grounds to dismiss all charges against him.
