An inquiry looking into accusations that Britain was complicit in the torture of terrorism suspects has said it will examine new allegations about close ties between British intelligence and the Libyan security services of Muammar Gaddafi. The investigation will study documents uncovered in Tripoli that suggest Britain helped transfer a terrorist suspect to Libya for interrogation. Laura Lynch reports.
