The outbreak of swine flu in Mexico appears to have spread to the southern United States. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has found swine flu cases in California and Texas. Anchor Katy Clark speaks with The World’s Health & Science Editor David Baron about what American and international health officials are doing to prepare for a possible flu pandemic.
