The Murdochs testify before British Parliament

News Corporation founder Rupert Murdoch, his son James, and former News International chief executive Rebekah Brooks were questioned for hours by British lawmakers yesterday morning. “Sorry” became the theme of the day, as the three apologized profusely for the phone hacking scandal, though Murdoch did say he was not aware it was taking place. Around noon, an attacker threw a pie at Murdoch.   British Prime Minister David Cameron –  who has been  criticized  by many for his connection to those accused in the scandal –  is expected to address the issue sometime between 6 and 7 a.m. EDT today to the House of Commons.
