Letter to Mexican drug cartels
A journalist for the Mexican newspaper, el Diario, was shot and killed in his car last week. This is the second journalist from the Juarez paper to be murdered in two years and people at the paper want to know why. The editors have just published an open letter appealing directly to various drug cartels in the city of Juarez. The World’s William Troop reports.
