Jim Rogers, an international investor who is chairman of Rogers Holdings and Beeland Interests, Inc., and author of “A Gift to My Children: A Father’s Lessons for Life and Investing,” reacts to the tumult in the international markets. He says long building fear is driving stock prices down around the globe.
