The Dutch formula to deal with marijuana
Some cities in the Netherlands are trying to clean up the country’s image as a drug haven. Authorities are mailing scratch and sniff marijuana cards to their citizens. The World’s Gerry Hadden reports that the idea is to teach the citizens what the plant smells like so that they can alert the police.
