Urbanization, density, crime, and immigration are now defining factors of the ‘burbs. We’re joined by Robert Puentes, senior fellow at the Brookings Institution’s Metropolitan Policy Program, and Larry Levy, executive director of the National Center for Suburban Studies at Hofstra University.
