President Obama’s 2012 federal budget proposal is out and the debate over spending has begun. This comes while the 2011 budget has yet to be resolved. For the GOP it’s all about cutting, so will the president’s proposed budget make it through Congress? Washington correspondent for The Daily, Jon Ward details the proposal. Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) spoke on Fox News Sunday, saying: “The great debate we’re having in Congress right now, which is refreshing, is that we’re debating how much to cut spending, not how much to increase spending.” However, the president’s proposed budget doesn’t cut enough to satisfy Republicans.
