Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) spoke on Fox News Sunday, saying: “The great debate we’re having in Congress right now, which is refreshing, is that we’re debating how much to cut spending, not how much to increase spending.” However, the president’s proposed budget doesn’t cut enough to satisfy Republicans.
