This Haitian-Cuban choir delivers haunting vocals in Creole
Back in 2010, the Creole Choir of Cuba — a group of Haitian immigrants themselves — was deployed to Haiti to raise spirits after the earthquake that devastated the nation. Their music, which is influenced by both Caribbean rhythms and traditional gospel music, is one of the highlights of Peter Gabriel’s Real World Records.
