Steve discusses the split between the developed and developing countries attending the Earth Summit with US delegate Curtis Bohlen and Pakistani delegate Jamsheed Marker. Both have been involved in the effort to draw up an “Earth Charter,” a sort of bill of rights and responsibilities for the environment.
