Rescuers are still searching for victims missing after flash floods swept through a campground in southwest Arkansas on Friday, claiming the lives of at least 19 people, including six children.

The Red River in Fargo, North Dakota broke a 112-year-old record last Friday morning when it rose past 40.33 feet ? the highest level ever measured. Joining The Takeaway are local residents and a Red Cross spokeswoman.
