Kate Middleton gives Prince William boxers for Valentine’s Day

If you're Kate Middleton, what do you get Prince William for your first Valentine's Day as a married couple?

Turns out the answer is boxers, according to The Sun.

Middleton bought the prince a pair of black Ralph Lauren Pouch Trunk boxer shorts, the newspaper reported. She mailed the size medium "snug-fitting" boxers to Prince William, who is stationed in the Falkland Islands, The Sun said.

Prince William is stationed there as part of his Royal Air Force duties. The six weeks the coupled is scheduled to be apart will be the longest they have been away from one another since their wedding last April.

It estimated the Duchess of Cambridge paid about £25 for the prince's new underpants. She is reported to have bought them at a Chelsea boutique she frequents. Entertainmentwise quoted a staff member of that store as saying "The shorts are very popular and very trendy."

Since Prince William is reported to enjoy dancing around in his boxers, there's a pretty good chance he liked his gift.

Oh and what did Prince William get Kate Middleton? Flowers and a card. The card read "Missing you," Now Magazine said.
