New York Iron Works, a police supplier, is the latest target of hacker collective Anonymous, the International Business Times reported

Anonymous offshoot AntiSec defaced the supplier's website, replacing the homepage with a tribute to arrested hacker Jeremy Hammond and announcing the hack on their Twitter account. Iron Works' page was not accessible on Friday afternoon.

Hammond is accused of being involved in an attack on the think tank Stratfor last year, BBC News reported. He was arrested in Chicago on Monday.

Anonymous is also protesting the arrests of five LulzSec members earlier this week, PC World reported.

The message on Iron Works' website expressed support for those who were arrested and anger at fellow hacker "Sabu" for cooperating with the FBI that led to this week's arrests, Computer World reported. It included a promise of more hacks and a one-minute clip of the final moments of the movie the Fight Club, according to Computer World.

"We will fight any individual, organization, corporation, and/or government that hinder our movement," the message said. "While some of our methods may seem unjust we believe that the action taken is needed."

Anonymous also claimed responsibility for other hacks on Thursday, including taking the Peruvian government's website offline and posting the personal information of FBI agents in a public online message board in what they called "Operation Piggy Bank," IBT reported.

The series of hacks are a part of a weekly operation called "F-ck FBI Friday," which Anonymous refers to as #FFF on Twitter

New York Iron Works was founded in 1995, and sells gun lasers, pepper spray holders and tactical clothing. A spokesman for the company told the BBC that he had no comment on the hack.
