With a 14-year-old seven footer in training in Florida and the NBA tying up with local teams to promote basketball here, India looks ready to embrace America's most global sport. But it might be a two-way street if Vivek Ranadive has his way. 

After buying a stake in the Golden State Warriors, the former coach of his daughter's local team inaugurated the NBA's first-ever "Bollywood night," reports India's DNA newspaper.

No word yet on whether Shaq busted out his bhangra.
