Indian police officials stand guard at the site of an explosion outside Delhi High Court in New Delhi on May 25, 2011. A low-intensity bomb exploded in a parking lot outside the busy Delhi High Court triggering panic, yet no injuries were reported, according to the Press Trust of India (PTI).
Police nabbed the person who sent the first 'HuJI' email claiming responsibility for the Delhi high court blast, the Times of India reports.
The authorities are interrogating the suspect — a 17-18 year old Kashmiri boy — who allegedly sent the email from a computer in Kishtwar Global cyber cafe in Jammu & Kashmir, the paper said.
