The TV report did not specify the role the suspects played in the attack nor identify them, according to the AP.
On Saturday, the Leftist group Revolutionary People's Liberation Army-Front (DHKP-C) claimed responsibility for the suicide bombing, Reuters reported.
"Murderer America! You will not run away from people's rage," said a statement on the group's website, next to a photo of bomber Alisan Sanli with an explosives belt around his waist, according to Reuters.
Sanli had reportedly served jail time for domestic terrorism in the past, Interior Minister Muammer Guler told Reuters, adding that he was wanted by authorities.
