Victoria's Secret has pulled a "sexy little geisha" outfit from its website after critics decried it as offensive to Asian women.
The outfit is part of the lingerie retailer’s Go East collection, Stylelite reported.

Modeled by South African beauty Candice Swanepoel, it consists of a mesh bodysuit with an oval cut-out on the front and an “Eastern-inspired” floral print on the bra cups and bottoms.
But that's not all. A mini fan, removable obi-belt and hair chopsticks with tassels complete the look.

The $98 lingerie one-piece was described on the website as "Your ticket to adventure," ABC News reported.
But it's since been removed after sites like Racialicious condemned Victoria's Secret for stereotyping Asian women as little more than a Western sexual fantasy.
“Considering the complicated history of geishas, repurposing the ‘look’ for a major corporation to sell as role-playing lingerie seems a bit tasteless,” wrote Jessica Wakeman of The Frisky.
