Sasha Obama made headlines on Monday after she… wait for it… yawned during her father's inaugural speech.
Social media networks were buzzing with reaction to the 11-year-old's yawn. Should she have covered her mouth? Should we really care this much? Is this really news?
Her dad, President Barack Obama, was talking about education policy when a camera caught the sleepy Sasha with her mouth wide open, UPI reported.
"No single person can train all the math and science teachers we’ll need to equip our children for the future, or build the roads and networks and research labs that will bring new jobs and businesses to our shores," Obama said as the cameras switched to the first family.
"Now, more than ever, we must do these things together, as one nation, and one people."
Now, what 11-year-old child wouldn't yawn during that.
