Perhaps not fully convinced, the man turns to bystanders for more confirmation before leaving the store.

Store employee Kamran Afgan told CCTV the winning ticket appeared to be genuine and matched the numbers pulled in Wednesday's drawing.

No one has officially come forward as the Powerball co-winner in that state.

In Missouri, a mechanic and his wife claimed their share of the record jackpot Friday, the St. Joseph News-Press reported.

Mark Hill, 52, and his wife, Cindy, have three adult sons and a 6-year-old daughter adopted from China. They're giving up their jobs and plan on taking a few family trips with the winnings, ABC News reported.
