A new international poll released Tuesday by AskMen ranks Lawrence as No. 1. She rose to the top of the list from No. 47 last year, Reuters reported. What caused the increase in hotness? Her recent role in the indie film "Silver Linings Playbook," AskMen's editor in chief James Bassil said.

"Overall, there's a sense that she's a little more authentic than other actors," he told Reuters.
The poll collected more than 2.4 million votes, and asked readers to pick their favorite female celebrities based on their looks, personality and talent, ABC reported.
Also high on the list of 99 women are Mila Kunis, Kate Upton and Rihanna.
