As many as 50 deaths have been attributed to flooding and heavy rains in the Philippines over the last 10 days. The capital, Manila, is still submerged, and more than 154,000 people have been forced to evacuate their homes.

But the rain hasn't dampened spirits everywhere. Many young Filipinos find time to splash around and share a smile through the social media service, Instagram.
