Justin Bieber gave Glendale, Arizona, "Beliebers" an extra special show on Saturday night, as the 18-year-old pop star turned his back to the audience and vomited on stage.

Performing at the 18,000-seat Jobing Arena, Bieber was in mid-song, singing "Out of Town Girl," when he turned away from his fans, put his head between his knees, puked and ran to the side of the stage, reported US Weekly. Bieber managed to return and finish the rest of his set.

"It's hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people," he said, according to US Weekly. "Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage?"

After the sold-out crowd screamed what could be assumed was a "yes," he responded, "Okay. I wanted to give you my best show ever, so do you mind if I finish it?"

And the New York Daily News noted that his dancers didn't miss a beat — and neither did Bieber's backing-track vocals.

Bieber managed to finish the concert, then took to Twitter to address what had happened.

"Great show. Getting better for tomorrow's show !!!! Love u," he posted, along with a picture of himself lying in bed.

He followed that up with, "and…. Milk was a bad choice! Lol."
