Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez surprised Argentine President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner today by giving her a picture he had painted.
The painting showed the Venezuelan leader next to Nestor Kirchner, the late ex-president of Argentina and husband of Cristina.
He unveiled the painting today at a a meeting at the Palace of Miraflores in Caracas, reports La Nacion. See the painting here.
"People cannot believe that I painted the picture," he said. "I had to use color theory and everything."
