A judge in Chicago is accused of using his work computer to access porn in his judicial chambers.
Judge Joseph C. Polito "frequently" accessed pornography during work hours, even finding a way to bypass the county's web filter by clicking on numerous search results until he could access a porn site, State of Illinois Judicial Inquiry Board alleged in a complaint obtained by the Chicago Sun-Times.

He now faces a disciplinary hearing, where he will have the chance to defend himself.
Polito was reassigned from divorce court after the initial Sun-Times investigation was published in April, but could be fired by the Courts Commission following the disciplinary hearing, the Chicago NBC affiliate reported.
He has declined to speak about the allegations and reportedly sought treatment after the first story appeared.
