Police find giant 4-foot joint at 4/20 rally (VIDEO)

An annual 4/20 party at UC Santa Cruz had a few small incidents and one really large one that resulted in two arrests and about 50 citations

One of the arrests involved an upset young man and a giant joint.

A video posted on Live Leak shows an excited group of people following a police officer who is carrying the giant thing, as a young man walks and talks with him.

“Dude, you’re a liar. You’re a liar,” the young man next to the officer says. “I can’t wait to see you in court. I can show how you’re harassing me.”

"Oh dude, were going to court. We're totally going to court," he added.

UC Santa Cruz spokesman Jum Burns told the Los Angeles Times the young man had been identified as Gennady Tsarinsky, a 25-year-old UC Santa Cruz student.

Apparently, Tsarinsky was arrested for – as you might have guessed – possessing more than one ounce of marijuana, the state's legal limit.

“I don’t know if there is a precise measurement,” Burns told the LA Times on Wednesday. “It certainly would be safe to say several feet long.”
