Obama prom photos: Yep, presidents go to prom too

Breaking news, guys: President Obama went to prom, too.
The Commander-in-Chief's 1979 prom photos are sweeping the Internet, after Time Magazine obtained the shots in an exclusive from his friend's date Kelli Allman.
Obama, rocking a white blazer and a blue tie to match date Megan Hughes' dress, had a "pretty typical" prom experience, according to Allman.
"It was a really fun, happy time. We were all cracking up, and everyone was smiling," Allman, who was dating Obama's basketball player friend Greg Orme at the time, told the magazine. "It was pretty typical from there out as far as what happens at prom: the dinner and the dancing and the photos."
The photos were published along with Obama's signature in Allman's yearbook.
The POTUS was quite the charmer in his note, offering to take Kelli "out for lunch sometime" and calling her "sweet and foxy."
