This is the carpet of flowers and colored sawdust in Guatemala City that set a world record.
A new Guinness World record was set in Guatemala City this week when municipal employees and volunteers came together to make a 6,061-foot-long carpet of flowers and sawdust. The previous record was 4,593 feet long.
These carpets are traditionally made during Holy Week — the week before Easter — each year.
Behold their beautiful creation.
