Brutal murder caught on Google Maps?

Google Maps satellite has found some strange and wonderful things over the years but never this – an image of what looks to be a gruesome murder.
The image was posted on the website Reddit and has stirred controversy as to what is really going on.
It appears to show men on a jetty with an object (a body?) in front of them and a trail of red liquid running down the length of the bridge.
In theory, the trail of red is the blood from the body.
Many commenters dismissed the idea that it was a murder, pointing out that it was broad daylight with many people around.
Whatever it is, the picture is rather creepy and law enforcement in Holland might want to take a closer look.
