Something a bit different for our geography quiz for Friday. In fact, you could call it an "Oh, gee-whiz" quiz instead.

Each year, the IgNobel awards spoof scientific research and achievements that "first make people laugh and then make them think."

Okay, mostly laugh, if the awards handed out Thursday night are any indication.

With some of these projects it's hard to separate fact from fiction.

But that's exactly what we are asking you to do.
