US and Chinese officials are reportedly close to a deal allowing dissident Chen Guangcheng asylum in the United States.

Chen is believed to be under the protection of US diplomats in Beijing, and could be at the Embassy.

Chen is blind but managed to escape house arrest a week ago. Anchor Marco Werman discusses the case with The World’s Asia correspondent, Mary Kay Magistad.
