Afghanistan’s Parliament this morning expressed outrage at the killing of 16 Afghan civilians, saying it’s “run out of patience” with the arbitrary actions of foreign forces. The Sunday morning gunman allegedly was a US soldier who was serving in the south of Afghanistan. His name has not been made public, but officials say he was based in Washington state.
