The recent flooding in Louisiana put New Orleans back on alert — but this time, the levees held, its rural neighbors were flooded, and the city was spared. This stands in contrast to the New Orleans of Treme, the HBO series set in 2005. Studio 360 spoke with Simon and his co-creator, Eric Overmyer, when the series premiered.
