Here’s a recap of what we know so far: Jill Kelley lives in Tampa, Florida. She went to the FBI when Paula Broadwell sent her a harassing email. The FBI agent who was assigned to investigate the case then emailed a topless photo to Kelley.
And now new allegations have surfaced that General John Allen, America’s top NATO commander in Afghanistan, took part in “inappropriate communication” with Kelley.
