It’s almost too late for real storm preparation in much of the east coast as Hurricane Sandy approaches. Flooding has already been reported up and down the eastern seaboard from North Carolina to New Jersey.  In Delaware, Emergency Management Agency director Jamie Turner anticipated a significant impact from the storm.
