Update from Washington: Sen. Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.) voted “no” on a motion to end debate on Democrats’ Wall St. regulation bill on Wednesday. Cantwell refused to go along because she has not gotten a vote on her amendment to rein in credit default swaps. Ever wonder what an amendment actually looks like when it circulates on the Senate floor?
