The low-lying city of about 150,000 sits along the banks of the Passaic River, which is dealing with the highest floods it has seen in more than a century. President Obama is scheduled to survey the damage there this weekend. Rep. Bill Pascrell, whose congressional district includes Paterson, talks about the situation on the ground in the city, and what it will take to rebuild there.
