Recycling Christmas Trees in the Bayou
The rich and vital wetlands south of New Orleans are disappearing faster than almost anywhere in the world. While the state struggles to find a way to stem the erosion, local residents are taking matters into their own hands — literally. They’re donating used Christmas trees to help save the wetlands.
