As his presidency winds down, Bush is busy solidifying his legacy. And by solidify I mean “make not-terrible”. But the good-slash-crazy people of Brattleboro, Vermont aren’t having it. Last week they voted for a bill to arrest President Bush and Vice President Cheney if either sets foot in Brattleboro.
