Presidential eligibility
Johnathan McClain looks at a new congressional bill that will grant Senator John McCain eligibility for the presidency despite having been born on a military base outside of the United States.
Congress has a fairly interesting bill in front of them at the moment. Because John McCain was born on a military base in the Panama Canal Zone, which is not technically part of this country, he may not be constitutionally eligible to run for President of the United States.
