Crowley, former spokeman for the U.S. State Department, is the Omar N. Bradley Chair in  Strategic  Leadership, a joint initiative among the United States Army War College, Dickinson College, and the Pennsylvania State University. He speaks about the role of the U.S. in Libya’s future.
