McCain says in January 2013 America will have welcomed home most of the troops in Iraq, the war in Iraq will have been won, Iraq will be a functioning democracy, although still suffering from lingering effects of sectarian tensions. McCain commented on other future hopefuls he has, and then said he will reach out across partisan lines and as President he’d embrace British-style question and answer sessions with Congress. Apparently McCain isn’t familiar with the political cockfighting the British Prime Minister has to endure once a week in Parliament so here’s a reminder.
