Lizz Winstead

Lizz Winstead is a talented political comic and a powerhouse producer. She co-created Comedy Central’s The Daily Show and was one of the founding hosts on Air America radio. Now she’s brewed up a live talk show with a new target. It’s a fictional morning show called “Wake Up World!” on the fictional cable network, 24/7 – whose motto is “We do the thinking for you.” She performs it as part of her weekly topical comedy show “Shoot the Messenger” at an off-Broadway theater in New York City.
